Ingredients:
batter:

egg flour (I use wholemeal flour), milk

fillings: spinach
provision own preferences for the mass of spinach lasagna (no cheese)

We do so
spinach (drain excess fluid or boil if the szpianku frozen). Fry pancakes. Smear the mass of spinach and we give the triangles. You can sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven, or give to any sauce: eg, tomato or garlic.

Ingredients:

2 courgettes 1 medium onion 2 red peppers

1 l broth tomato passata

possibly an eggplant

This version is the cream of zucchini soup , just a little lighter. Cook onions, courgettes and peppers (and eggplant, if you add it.) The extreme version of dietetic we use water instead of broth, which are overlaid with the vegetables, add tomato and cook passat until soft vegetables. You can mix the cream, but also niezmiksowana is delicious.
