Sauce curry - mild version
Ingredients:
medium onion 4 cloves garlic
3 cm piece fresh ginger
after half teaspoon turmeric, ground cumin and ground coriander 5 tablespoons
tablespoon tomato puree coconut paste
onions cut into pen for the oil and sauté with garlic pressed. Add the chopped (or grated) ginger. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes stirring, so as not to singe (or zbrazowilo). Add the spices and cook another 5 minutes. Put the fire and paste shredded blender. Then add the tomato puree and coconut paste. We rely on the minimum fire and boil it for half an hour, which stirring occasionally.
