Hummus

Ingredients:
250 g of dry chick peas (or canned)
3 cloves garlic squeezed
tablespoon tahini (sesame paste) 2 tablespoons water

spices: paprika, pepper


Chickpeas cook for softness according to the recipe on the package. Studzimy, thrown in a blender, add tahini, crushed garlic, water and spices. Blend on smooth mass. Serve with crisp bread, toast, pita bread or czipsami.
